The most common questions about the site, safety and payment.
What age is the site for?
From 2 to 6 years old. Games and their difficulty depend on the child’s age, with separate versions for ages 2–3, 4–5 and 6.
Can my child play without being able to read?
Yes. For younger children, an animated hand shows the right move once at the start of each stage; text is only a helper. Six-year-olds get short written hints.
Why is there no sound?
It’s on purpose: no voice, music or sound effects, and the microphone is never requested. Instructions are pictures, short text and animation. Foreign words show how to read them in Latin letters.
Is the site safe for my child?
There are no ads, chats or third-party trackers. We store only the child’s first name, age and chosen character — never a surname, photo or date of birth. Plans and settings open only after a grown-up check. Data is stored on a server in Tashkent.
How do I log in?
With Telegram: tap “Log in”, the bot opens and you confirm. No password needed. The site also opens inside Telegram via the bot’s “Play” button.
How many children can I add?
Up to 4 children in one account. Each has their own age, results, stickers and time limit.
What is free and what does Pro add?
Stages 1–2 of every game and language course are free. Bolajon Pro unlocks all 10 stages of every game and every lesson in all four languages. Prices are on the “Pricing” page.
How do I pay?
When you choose a plan on the site, a Telegram chat with the admin opens with a ready-made message. The admin sends a card number, switches the subscription on for your Telegram ID after payment, and the bot lets you know. The site never asks for card details.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You don’t need to: it does not renew automatically. When it ends, the Pro stages lock again, while the free stages and your child’s results stay. The bot reminds you 3 days before.
Which devices does it work on?
In the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and inside Telegram. No app to install — you only need the internet. There is a light and a dark theme.
Which languages is the site in?
The site is in Uzbek, Russian and English, and the games follow the chosen language. Language courses: English, Russian, Korean and German. You can switch the language at any time.
How long does my child play each day?
You decide: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or unlimited (default — 30 minutes). When time is up, your child finishes the current stage and play stops.
